Tony has been with TP Mechanical 20 years, starting in our apprenticeship program and immediately working his way up to become a superintendent. To this day, Tony continues to show his appreciation for and dedication to the apprenticeship program as he has been an instructor for more than 10 years. Three years ago, Tony moved from the field to our service department, and currently serves as our Columbus Plumbing Services Manager.
Tony works with our existing and new customers to support their plumbing and HVAC system needs. He feels it is important to be a trusted advisor to customers by offering honest advice and educating the staff about their current systems.
Tony stands out to customers and his team because he cares and values each customer’s needs.
“Tony is genuine, honest, hardworking and always willing to go the extra mile for his customer and his team,” stated Tara Teepe, Marketing Coordinator at TP Mechanical.
Tony’s goal is always to build an everlasting relationship with customers, and to make sure TP Mechanical is the first name they think of for any of their mechanical needs. He wants his customers to know they can always depend on TP Mechanical to provide them with quality and cost-effective solutions.
When asked why he believes TP Mechanical stands apart from other mechanical contractors, Tony offered the following:
“TP Mechanical has such a great employee culture and continues to invest in that culture by providing opportunities to grow, providing a safe workplace, and giving back to employees. I have been fortunate to have started as an apprentice at TP Mechanical and been given many opportunities to grow within TP Mechanical. I am very fortunate to work for such a great organization, and I am excited to see what the future will bring in this ever-changing industry.”
